Who do you courier your items with?
I use New Zealand Couriers and Post Haste to ship your items. They sub contract to each other within the North and South Island.
Do you courier anywhere in New Zealand?
Yes we courier anywhere within New Zealand.
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the item you are purchasing and where you are located in New Zealand. Shipping varies from $15.00 for small items and $25.00 for large items.
An additional charge for extra items will apply. This will be $10.00.
For rural addresses an additional rural charge will apply. This will be $15.00.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes we can courier your items overseas. Please contact us here to enquire.
What are your delivery times?
Delivery will typically be within 5-10 business days. We will notify you to let you know when your items have been couriered and inform you of your tracking number.
Occasionally there can be delays with stock availability ranging up to 4-8 weeks. We will notify you if this is the case.
Made to order footstools 6-8 weeks delivery.
What payment options to you offer?
We offer Stripe and After Pay for payment. We also offer internet banking if preferred.
What are your refund and exchange policies?
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the items are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Act to provide a remedy. Please notify us of any damages within 48 hours of delivery to ensure a refund can be processed. Outside of this time frame will mean that a refund is not possible. Please contact me directly via email here to discuss further.
